Services: Security and Audits

OES provide five security services, two programming and training below as our core competence that we are specialized in to help our customers securing their organization. Assessment is the first key factor to look around the customers' organization and present like the health checking, while Securing and Hardening Infrastructure are basically served for protection objective. Performing the Penetration Test is another our professional service in kind of "White Hacker". The last, OES also implement the other solutions and train the customer's involved with security services to get more knowledge.

1. System Development
  • Suriyan: To reduce high software cost and, meanwhile, retain high quality applications, Suriname is a Linux-based "instant server" system. It is desired for small and medium-sized companies. It consists of a complete Linux operating system, several infrastructure applications, and an easy-to-use integrated configurable interface. Suriyan supports many common corporate IT services: Network infrastructure, centralized storage, mail, instant messaging, and internal problem tracking.

2. Backup and Restore
  • Disksafe: To protect virus infection, broken software, and unwanted software, Disksafe, the software which improves the availability and security of desktops. When a problem occurs, it can take a full backup and restore the system to the good state by simply rebooting. This software may be used for laptops, desktops, workstations and even servers running Microsoft Windows.

3. Security
  • Application firewall: This IT security application helps the customers improve their web securities and eliminate intruding accesses. The system offers several additional features such as centralized data storage, automatic distribution to other firewalls, roll-back configuration versions and auditable change history.
  • Syslog analysis application: To analyze intruding access, syslog anlysis application is presented. It sends alerts via e-mail, configuration, and other script customization. Syslog Analysis helps customers to know potential intruders and their severity levels.
  • Security hardening: OES provides security assessment, practical baseline, and applying appropriate hardening to potential vulnerable servers.

4. Network infrastructure
  • Global load balancing Domain Name Service (GLB-DNS): Just simply add intelligence to the DNS service. Unlike other HA solutions, our idea is just to plug in servers without changing network architecture. So if a customer would like to add an additional critical server to the HA set, just simply put it on. Likewise, if a customer would like to take a critical server off for any reasons, just simply take it off. All servers can be anywhere on the internet. GLB can also be anywhere on the internet. Bringing them together with some replicating software applications, this creates high availability to the application.

5. IT Management
  • Operation Runbook: This service creates a knowledge based for your organization. The system allows a customer's entire IT team to find the vital information they need in order to manage the data center. The service enables your operations personel, system administrators and IT manager to better understand and manage your hardware and software.
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library): ITIL, the most widely accepted framework for IT service management, contains series of documents that are available to aid the implementation of IT Service Management (ITSM). This framework, applied within specific organizations, is completely customisable for application within any type of business or organization that has a reliance on IT infrastructure.

6. Consulting
